Which legal bases does Conomara use for processing personal data and for which purposes?
– for the performance of a contract; such as entering into and executing agreements with customers, business relations, and suppliers, entering into employment contracts with our employees and agreements arising therefrom, entering into and executing agreements that contribute to our internet services and managing the relationships arising therefrom;
– pursuant to a statutory obligation; such as the processing of administrative data for the payment of wages and the processing of data for the benefit of the tax authorities, requests from government authorities;
– for the pursuit of our legitimate interest, such as fulfilling orders and delivering our products, carrying out activities aimed at expanding our customer base (including direct marketing activities and trade fairs) and improving our services, processing and registering login details of customers using a Masitc Shop account, protecting company data and preventing leaks thereof, the guidance and individual assessment of employees, and conducting recruitment procedures;
– consent: in the event that Conomara processes special personal data, it will, where necessary, request explicit consent from you.
– furthermore, we process your personal data for handling customer orders and for carrying out marketing campaigns, including informing customers (also prospects) and business relations via trade fairs about Conomara’s products and services.
– Conomara sends newsletters to inform customers and other third parties about new products, services, and related matters. Each newsletter contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe. – Conomara keeps track of general visitor data regarding the use of our website. In this context, we record the IP address of your computer, any username, the time of the request, and data sent by the visitor’s browser. We try to anonymize this data as much as possible before using it.

Which personal data does Conomara share with third parties?
